Every morning my students enter the classroom knowing they have high expectations. My classroom is a positive, calming, and safe place for each one of my first graders. One book is read very first thing in the morning with an Accelerated Reader test completed shortly after. With only one small table in the classroom it becomes difficult for children to feel comfortable and eager to read their book. This table and chairs will give each one of my students the positive learning environment they deserve. These creative minds love learning and exploring new skills. Having these supplies will develop more self confidence in my children because they will be able to feel more relaxed. Completing our Daily 5 routine everyday will become more exciting for children because they will have the motivation, personal space, and eagerness to complete different objectives. My students are very active with every lesson completed. These chairs will help provide my first graders with the ability to move and learn freely.
