We talked about all the different habitats there are across the United States and dug a little deeper into forests and deserts.We were able to use the books we got with this project to learn more about animals that live in these national parks as well. \r\nThe kids were so excited to see so much art supplies and to have the opportunity to get their hands messy and create! For many of them it was their first time getting to use air dry clay. They greatly enjoyed getting to create animals with the clay. While our animals were drying the students painted their national parks on canvas with the paint sticks we received. Each student took their time and really thought through what they were going to create. We were so excited to get to show off all of our creations with our community!
