With the equipment donated, the Music teacher and I (the PE teacher) will partner together to teach Drums Alive to our 350+ students. Drums Alive is a program that combines our traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm. Drums Alive is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally and socially! Drums Alive will enable my students to experience the enjoyment of physical fitness and learn how rhythm and music can enhance exercise! My students are talented and creative and learning to love exercise. Funding this project will allow my students to shine!
