These new double-sided mobile whiteboards have been such a great addition to our classroom, and we are already putting them to good use!\r\n\r\nMy third graders use the boards during our math activities, where they work in small groups to solve problems, share strategies, and learn from one another. One of my favorite things is watching students talk through their ideas, make mistakes, try something different, and finally figure it out together. Having these whiteboards gives them the space to do just that!\r\n\r\nI also use the boards throughout the day during my own instruction. The extra space allows me to leave examples, directions, and important information up for students to refer back to instead of constantly having to erase things. Since the boards are on wheels and double-sided, I can easily move them around and use them for different lessons and activities.\r\n\r\nWhat I love most is that these aren't supplies that will be used up in a few months. They are something my students will benefit from year after year. I am so grateful for your generosity and for helping me create a classroom where students are encouraged to think, work together, and take chances with their learning. Students had to sign-up to use them because they were so popular. I love that students who need to move around have someplace to go where they can be on their feet but can still be learning and working on their assignments. Students work on class assignments, take assessments, and work on their online diagnostic assessments at these desks. They can work there whenever they feel the need. I have seen great improvement in work performance and focus since adding these to our classroom. I have highly recommended these desks to my peers. \r\n\r\nThe gift card to teachers pay teachers is always appreciated. Every year I get a new group of kids who have different learning needs, are at various English proficiency levels, and have academic learning gaps.
