We have even started a new read aloud together with one of the new goosebumps books. \r\n\r\nIt is vital for reading development that students are getting time hands on with a book. At quiet time, I will look out and sometimes see 3 kids sitting together all engrossed in a new book. Books build community and I am so thankful to give students the opportunity to be the first ones to love a book.\r\n\r\nThese new books are helping address the diverse needs in my room.
