Fourth graders spend a lot of their day learning, thinking, and working together, and not every student learns best sitting still in a traditional chair. They also give students more choice in finding a learning space that works best for them.\r\n\r\nYour support also allowed us to provide a metal stool that better meets the needs of one of our students with a visual impairment. Having seating that allows this student to position themselves where they can more easily access instruction and classroom materials has helped make our learning environment more inclusive and accessible.\r\n\r\nThe math manipulatives have been another wonderful addition. They allow students to build models, test strategies, and make abstract mathematical concepts more concrete.
