Our students work hard while learning at Shadow Valley, but need a break from their studies. They get that break, a chance to move, and have fun in their PE class. Our Kindergarten through 2nd grade work on skills such as skipping, jump roping, balance, basketball skills, balloon volleyball, cup stacking, catching, throwing, racket skills and kicking. These skills are a basis to help prepare them for what they learn in 3rd through 6th grade. Our older students learn the skills, rules, and sportsmanship in other activities such as soccer, street hockey, basketball, volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, team handball, pickleball, spikeball, flag football along with working on fitness concepts with the Presidential Youth Fitness Program.
