These vibrant, relatable stories have helped my students identify feelings like anger, anxiety, kindness, and empathy in themselves and others. The visual aids and interactive lessons have sparked meaningful conversations and empowered students to express themselves more clearly and compassionately. The other day we were working on saying, \"I feel... when...\" One student, who had yet to describe any emotion beside happiness was able to express \"I feel frustrated when I don't get my way.\" A huge moment! \r\n\r\nAnother particularly touching moment came when a student who often struggled with frustration used the \"Anger Spot\" strategies to calm down during a tough moment. He later told me, \"I used my breathing spot and it helped me feel better.\" That small victory was a huge step in his emotional growth—and it wouldn't have been possible without you.\r\n\r\nYour donation didn't just provide books—it gave my students tools for lifelong emotional resilience. Thank you for believing in our classroom and for helping us build a foundation of emotional intelligence that will benefit these children far beyond this school year.","fullyFundedDate":1756162431017,"projectUrl":"project/spot-on-mastering-emotions-one-little-s/9641945/","projectTitle":"Spot On!
