The storage bins and binders keep student work organized by tier and skill focus, which makes it easier to track progress and tailor instruction. The RTI and ESL workbooks allow us to deliver targeted, small-group lessons that meet the unique needs of both struggling readers and multilingual learners. The whiteboard sticker has become a teaching favorite. Students love using it to break down sounds, build vocabulary, and work through comprehension strategies in real time, right on the table. And the stacking stools have given us the flexibility to run multiple groups simultaneously in a small space.\r\n\r\nNow that the space is better equipped, our next steps include rolling out new Tier 2 and Tier 3 cycles using the resources you helped provide. But with your support, we've been able to build a meaningful collection that has brought new energy and joy to our school's tiny library space (over 100 manga books). Since re-opening the library in early September, we have had over 200 students check out a book (with the majority of them being from the manga collection!).\r\n\r\nStudents who have never checked out a book from the library were coming in excitedly asking, \"Did the new manga come in yet?\" It's been especially transformative for our struggling readers, many of whom are now reading for fun for the first time. One 7th grade student, who used to avoid the library, now checks out a new volume every other day. Another student told me, \"I never liked reading, but manga makes me want to read every day.\"\r\n\r\nThis project has done more than fill shelves; it has sparked joy in reading! You've given them stories they want to read, and in doing so, you've helped us nurture a culture of literacy that will last far beyond this school year.
