By having these items available to them, they are able to have one thing less to worry about and give their full attention to learning and being middle school students. The respect they have for the items donated is incredible; they use only what they need, clean up after themselves, and always ask if they can \"get ready for the day\". We are currently working on decoding skills with syllable patterns.
