Instead of giving up quickly, they are now more willing to attempt activities and practice persistence.\r\n\r\nAt the same time, I try to make sure that the focus is not only on the incentive itself, but also on the effort and progress the children are making. I consistently remind my students that the goal is to try their best, learn from mistakes, and keep improving. The incentives are simply a way to encourage positive behavior and reinforce effort, not the only reason for participating.
