These programs listen to students read aloud, provide immediate feedback, and adjust instruction based on each child's needs. The headphones allow students to work independently and without distractions, giving them the confidence to practice reading, phonics, and language skills at their own pace. For many of my students—especially those still developing English or foundational reading skills—this kind of personalized support is incredibly powerful.\r\n\r\nWhat excites my students most is that the technology \"talks back\" to them. They love seeing their progress, earning encouragement from the program, and feeling like their reading really matters. The built-in microphones make it possible for students to clearly communicate with the program, which helps reduce frustration and keeps them engaged longer. The headphones also create a quieter, more focused learning environment, allowing every student to feel successful during independent work time.\r\n\r\nSeveral of my students who were previously hesitant to read aloud have especially benefited from this technology. Being able to practice privately, without fear of making mistakes in front of peers, has helped build their confidence and stamina. I have already seen students more willing to take risks, read for longer periods, and celebrate their growth. Your support has directly given my students the tools they need to become stronger, more confident readers—thank you for investing in their learning and their future.","fullyFundedDate":1755713794011,"projectUrl":"project/hear-us-loud-and-clear/9444469/","projectTitle":"Hear Us Loud and Clear!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Wong","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8945421_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1751521256162","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/kelsey-wong"},{"teacherId":3022527,"projectId":9526528,"letterContent":"WOW!
