Revamping our reading nook will help further establish my students' love of reading -- a free, healthy, educational habit that will serve them well for the rest of their lives. Right now our reading nook looks pretty shabby. Our chairs are clearly well-loved but it's time for an update. My students love to hang out on the window ledge area, but pillows would make the space much more comfortable. I want to create a fun, relaxing atmosphere where my students can kick back with a good book. I'm requesting four fun chairs for our reading nook and four fun throw pillows. Help me create a space that my students will love and further their love of reading! The new chairs and pillows will allow students to comfortably lose themselves in a good book. It will give the students a spot to comfortably discuss the books they are reading with their classmates -- something they love to do.
