One key project has been building a dedicated store room in the back, with zones for intake, sorting, sizing, and display, which has already made our work far more efficient and less stressful.\r\nWhen students first saw the materials, they were genuinely excited and proud. Many said the new equipment made Bearcat Casual feel \"like a real store.\" They insisted on building every piece themselves, working in teams to follow directions, fix issues, and celebrate each completed rack or shelf, which deepened their sense of ownership over the space.\r\nOur next steps are to finalize our organization systems—labeling sections, refining the timelines for a scheduled opening structure, and creating clear signage around the school so shoppers understand how to use the credits they earn for positive behaviors like good attendance, academic participation, and respectful conduct.
