These lanyards with passes save me and their teacher so much time in writing individual passes for every student each day. Students are also learning to be responsible in keeping their passes and pulling them out when they are needed. For many of them, this was their first time having access to quality equipment designed specifically for their sport. The new flags, footballs, and practice supplies have already made a huge difference in the way we train and compete.\r\n\r\nWe've been putting the new equipment to great use during our after-school practices and weekly games. With the proper resources, players can focus on refining their techniques, improving teamwork, and developing leadership skills both on and off the field. One of my favorite moments so far was watching our team run a perfectly executed play they had been practicing for weeks—it was clear how much their confidence and coordination have grown since receiving this support.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue building the program and preparing our athletes for future opportunities, including potential college exposure as flag football continues to grow for female athletes across the country. One of the most powerful moments so far came when a student shared that the journal prompts helped him \"slow down before getting mad\" — a huge step in his personal growth.
