Our students use their entrepreneurial skills they learn in class and apply that to the concession stand duties. The specific students that would benefit are student council students who are also the business students. They are responsible for inventory, customer service, money management and cleaning. Each event, our students fill a cooler with ice and load the drinks in it, then at the end of the event, they take the drinks out of the cooler and emply out the ice from the cooler. It a tediuos process and a beverage cooler would benefit the students by allowing them to spend more time with customers.
