My students do not have the resources to purchase their own notebooks and many of them have a hard time getting organized. A notebook for each of my students would allow them to have ownership of their work, become bettter organized and develop good study habits. They will be able to determine their history assignments from their other work since their work will be contained in one notebook. Students throughout the year suffer from allergies, colds and spills. The availablity of tissues will help my students focus and help with attendance. Being a low income school, attendance for illness is a problem and having their basic needs met is extremely important.
