The squares are just the right size for 3rd and 4th grade students. I have placed it right in the center of the room and it has served as a community gathering area at various times throughout the day. When I teach, I like to direct students to different locations for every lesson to increase their attention and give them a chance to move around. These titles were so welcomed by my students, that they wanted to share them with our school mascot and therapy dog, Patty. And her owner, our dean of students- Mr. JD. The students read dog facts out loud to one another and to our special guests.
