The use of a carpet in my classroom will allow my students to sit comfortably during whole group instruction. The carpet also has rows of squares, so the students can each sit on a designated square and color. My class will be able to sit comfortably while I read a story or teach a concept whole group. An easel board will provide multiple platforms of learning in the classroom. I will be able to showcase differentiation by the use of anchor charts, magnetic letters, and the whiteboard. I would love to have an easel board for morning meeting messages and a place to display out anchor charts!
