Your kindness and support have made a meaningful difference in my students' learning experiences and have provided them with valuable resources to strengthen their reading skills.\r\n\r\nMany of my students struggle with foundational reading skills, particularly recognizing letter sounds, blending sounds together, and decoding unfamiliar words. Thanks to your generosity, I have been able to provide more engaging, hands-on instruction that focuses on phonemic awareness, phonics, consonant blends, digraphs, and word patterns.\r\n\r\nOne of the most rewarding parts of this project has been watching my students develop greater confidence in their reading abilities. Skills that once seemed overwhelming are becoming more manageable as students practice sounding out words, recognizing familiar patterns, and reading with greater independence. Instead of becoming frustrated when encountering an unfamiliar word, students are learning strategies to work through it.\r\n\r\nFor students with learning disabilities, these small accomplishments represent tremendous victories. Seeing a child's face light up when they successfully decode a word or read a sentence independently is a reminder of why these resources are so important. Your donations have helped create opportunities for students to experience success, build confidence, and develop a more positive attitude toward reading.\r\n\r\nThis project is about much more than learning letter sounds and reading words. It is about giving children the foundational skills they need to become confident, independent readers and lifelong learners.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students and investing in their future. Your generosity was greatly appreciated. My students loved using the materials to sculpt, draw and paint their buddy bench. The materials enhanced their learning and sparked their curiosity each day. \r\nYour kindness directly impacts our classroom and playground helping create meaningful and engaging experiences for every child. We are so excited to use our buddy bench on the playground and help our children make friends and show kindness to other students who might be feeling sad that they do not have anyone to play with.\r\nIf it was not for your generosity, we would not have been able to do this project. We were so excited to get some new playdough to sculpt a model of what we wanted our bench to look like and the construction paper to draw how we wanted to paint it.
