It has motivated many students to achieve their best each day. The project has also impacted our social emotional skills in class. We are happy for each other and celebrate each other every week with the charms.\r\nThe students work online in a math intervention program called eSpark. In eSpark they can earn a high five for the lessons that they master. Each high five they earn in the program is rewarded by a high five charm. In one day, there were fifteen high fives earned. That was amazing!!!\r\nThey are also excited about mastering their multiplication and division facts this year because they earn a charm for each fact family that they are able to memorize. That is a total of 31 charms alone.\r\nAttendance and homework have both improved as well. These charms are very special because for some it takes great effort in both of these areas to be successful.\r\nThese charms have proven themselves, year after year, to be such an important part of the classroom. They are such a small token but have such a huge impact on the students that work toward earning them. Once again, thank you so much for your consideration and thoughtfulness.","fullyFundedDate":1726760288259,"projectUrl":"project/charming-incentives/8776172/","projectTitle":"Charming Incentives","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Stover","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7115042"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_85050","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":323,"numTeachers":30,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":61,"percentWhite":9,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":17,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"10.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_SMALL"},"inStateSupporters":67.9,"schoolId":85050,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Harding Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Harding Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/ohio/youngstown-city-school-district/harding-elementary-school/85050"}
