Before having this tool, she often relied heavily on others for help and often hesitated to participate, unsure of her understanding.\r\n\r\nSince introducing the translation pen, I've watched her confidence grow in incredible ways. She is now able to independently scan and understand classroom materials. This has allowed her to engage in lessons alongside her peers.\r\n\r\nShe no longer has to wait for assistance or feel left behind—she takes initiative, participates more willingly, and approaches her work with a sense of ownership and pride. It has also helped her feel more included socially, as she better understands conversations and classroom routines.\r\n\r\nThank you for making it possible for her to feel confident, capable, and truly part of our classroom community.","fullyFundedDate":1770822211214,"projectUrl":"project/breaking-barriers-building-confidence/10065038/","projectTitle":"Breaking Barriers, Building Confidence!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Goss","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4623247"},{"teacherId":9039851,"projectId":9320453,"letterContent":"I want to extend my deepest gratitude for your generous support of my classroom through DonorsChoose. Thanks to you, our learning space has been transformed in ways that truly matter.\r\nThe whiteboards have become an essential part of our math lessons—giving every student a chance to show their thinking, collaborate with peers, and build confidence in problem-solving. It's amazing to see how something so simple can spark so much engagement and joy.\r\nThe flexible seating has made a world of difference. My students now have the freedom to choose where and how they learn best, and it's created a more inclusive and comfortable environment that supports focus, creativity, and independence.\r\nAnd the classroom décor has brought warmth and personality to our space. It's more than just decoration—it's a reflection of the care and community you've helped us build. My students feel proud of their classroom, and that pride shows in their work and their attitudes every day.\r\nYour kindness has made a lasting impact—not just on our classroom, but on the hearts of the young learners who walk through our door each morning.
