I have been so excited to introduce this book to my class. We just recently started back to school. I currently teach ELA and Social studies to two classes. This year, I have over 40 students total between the two classrooms. I was so excited to receive enough copies so students could take this book home for homework. Students have begun reading their books and working on the comprehension packets that I included as part of their homework. So many students have commented on how much they have been enjoying the book. They say it is a great book and that it is funny! I am thrilled that they are reading and working on comprehension. In addition, this book is a wonderful book to teach vocabulary.
