I cannot express how grateful we are and how excited we were to receive all of the items. As I mentioned in my request for donations, out class consists of students who come from various backgrounds and with various needs. Some of my students are in dire need for fidgets that help them focus while they are in a learning environment. The band/strap that we placed on the legs of their chairs have been very helpful in alleviating their need to fidget. \r\n\r\nI also have students who do not have access to healthy options for snacks. Some have dietary restrictions that our cafeteria can not always meet. They were very excited to have healthy snack bars, the assorted snack box, gluten free mixed fruit snacks, and the sampler care package that we recieved.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, our class has been using the 3-ring binders, chair bags with name tag and sheet protectors to organize our work. This was essential for students who have yet to learn organizational skills. Lastly, my class was extremely excited to recieve a set of soccer balls. As I mentioned, my students are very active and heavy fans of Futball. Having access to these soccer balls continues to encourage them to come out of their shell, it build a community among themselves and get to know one another.\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you for supporting my classroom!","fullyFundedDate":1752429287639,"projectUrl":"project/a-welcoming-classroom-that-students-dese/9202721/","projectTitle":"A Welcoming Classroom That Students Deserve!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Gezahegn-Moses","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp4930833_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1508968985376","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/gezahegn"},{"teacherId":9540508,"projectId":9698373,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for the cleaning supplies for our classroom.
