Having proper, high-quality fitness resources instantly made them feel valued and motivated to participate.\r\n\r\nWe have already integrated these resources directly into our physical education curriculum to build dynamic, station-based workouts. During a recent fitness circuit, students used the new equipment to set personal bests in agility, strength, and endurance drills. The variety and quality of the gear allowed every student—regardless of their initial fitness level—to find an activity where they felt successful and engaged.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, our next step is to launch a student-led personal fitness goal challenge. The students will use these resources to design their own weekly workout routines and track their personal growth over time.
