For example, during our volleyball unit, students used the parachutes to participate in parachute volleyball. Since this is a new game for all of us, it really helped them practice communication and problem-solving as they worked together to create waves and launch a foam ball into the air and over a net. The energy and laughter in the gym were unforgettable!\r\nWhen the students first saw the new equipment, their faces lit up with excitement. Many had never experienced activities like parachute volleyball before, and they couldn't wait to dive in. The poly spots also helped student in our basketball unit. They showed them where they needed to stand during our game of around the world.\r\nYour generosity has not only provided new tools but has also inspired a renewed enthusiasm for physical activity among our students. My students immediately were drawn to the fidgets and started using them right away. They shared that their anxiety was instantly calmed when they had the fidgets in their hands. There are plenty of options for everyone to have what they need during class. \r\n\r\nThe back of the seat storage pouches are helping my students to stay organized with their materials. It gives them more work space on their desks and creates a cleaner space. They feel more of a belonging in the classroom with a dedicated space for their things. \r\n\r\nThe flexible seating is a huge hit! The butterfly chair and yoga ball chair are the students favorite. They even get to class early so they are able to pick a different seat. I cannot wait to pair them with the dry erase dots to create more flexibility around my classroom.
