With your donations we were able to receive enough flashlights for each student in our school. Each student received a flashlight, wore neon and dance the morning away. \r\n\r\nThe second event was Flashlight Friday. For a few minutes on a Friday, each classroom shut their lights off and the students got to read anywhere with their flashlight. My students and I greatly appreciated your support. \r\n\r\nWe have used the noise cancelling headphones almost every day since receiving them. Many of my students are sensitive to loud noises. These headphones have allowed them to focus in the classroom, participate in school assemblies and attend field trips to performance without them being uncomfortable with the volume around them.\r\n\r\nThe timers have been very beneficial in our classroom. We use the individual timers with specific students.
