Small group instruction is a very important part of our day On a daily basis and across the subject areas. This table would give me the opportunity to pull groups of 4-5 students aside and work with them on their individual academic needs, helping them to successfully meet the standards and having a successful school year. This also gives students an opportunity to have more one on one time with the teacher and be able to ask questions in order to further their understanding of the topic and be able to apply the mathematical strategies and explain their mathematical thinking.
