Your contribution will make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our students, many of whom are navigating incredibly challenging circumstances and don't have access to these products to meet their personal hygiene needs. Having access to these essential items will help them feel cared for, confident, and prepared to focus on their learning.\r\n\r\nI want to express my gratitude on behalf of the students as well. Although I cannot include photos of them using the items or thank you notes from the students themselves—many of our students are currently in temporary housing, and protecting their privacy and dignity is a top priority—please know that your kindness is already having a real and positive impact.\r\n\r\nThank you again for supporting our students.","fullyFundedDate":1758899215492,"projectUrl":"project/middle-school-personal-hygiene-products/9570843/","projectTitle":"Middle School Personal Hygiene Products","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Sculco","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10166872"},{"teacherId":1710876,"projectId":9563549,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for the wonderful books and stress balls that you provided for my classroom. My students were so excited to see our own classroom library get started! It was so much fun to begin checking out books so that students can take them home. The stress balls were fun, not only during longer readings, but also to help us in decoding words and identifying sounds within each word. This tactile approach is something that my students really enjoy and benefit from in strengthening their phonics skills. I truly thank you for making my classroom a place that students want to attend as well as a place where they are able to grow and succeed.","fullyFundedDate":1758898841658,"projectUrl":"project/a-shelf-is-a-house-for-a-book/9563549/","projectTitle":"A Shelf is a House for a Book!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. O'Sullivan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1710876_orig.jpg?crop=960,960,x0,y416&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1656080782067","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrsosullivan210q"},{"teacherId":542933,"projectId":9406629,"letterContent":"Dear Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation,\r\n\r\nThank you so much for fully funding my \"Markers, Paper, Scissors – Oh My! Hands-On Learning\" project with your incredibly generous $835 donation. I truly cannot overstate how meaningful this support has been for my students and for me as their teacher. In my classroom, \"I forgot my pencil\" is a daily reality, and motivation can be just as hard to come by as supplies. Your donation made it possible for every student to have what they need to participate—no excuses, no barriers, just learning.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, my classroom is now full of color, movement, and energy. Markers, colorful paper, scissors, and glue have turned routine assignments into hands-on creations students can design, cut, and personalize. Dry erase boards and markers have been absolute magic—students who avoid writing on paper will eagerly race to show their work when it's erasable and on a board. Laminated charts and reference tools are actually being used (not ignored), and supply boxes make it nearly impossible to say \"I didn't bring anything\" anymore—much to my students' disappointment when they try.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, your support helped transform passive learners into active ones. I've watched \"I'm bored\" turn into \"Can I make another one?\" and students who once checked out now proudly hold up their work and explain their thinking. The photos I shared show just a small snapshot of what this looks like in action—engaged kids, visible thinking, and a classroom buzzing with learning. Thank you for helping bring color, creativity, and accountability into our classroom. Your generosity has made a lasting impact on my students, and I am deeply grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1758899068049,"projectUrl":"project/markers-paper-scissors-oh-my-hands/9406629/","projectTitle":"Markers, Paper, Scissors - Oh My!
