Seeing brand-new, high-quality sports equipment just for them made my students feel truly valued, supported, and ready to play.\r\n\r\nWe immediately put the new equipment to use in our active physical education units. During our volleyball module, these new balls made an instant difference; because they hold proper air pressure and have a smooth touch, my students were able to practice fundamental serving, setting, and passing drills without the frustration of unpredictable bounces. One specific moment that stood out was watching a typically shy student successfully complete a multi-pass rally with her team. The confidence radiating from her face as her classmates high-fived her after the play was unforgettable, and it was directly made possible by having reliable equipment to practice with.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, our next step is to initiate our intra-class basketball and volleyball tournament. Students are currently dividing into teams to work on communication, sportsmanship, and tactical plays using our new basketballs.
