Our program provides the girls with a safe place to explore new friendships and an opportunity to learn more about themselves and others. Having these discussions while making fun crafts sets the girls at ease and enables them to open up. They help each other in areas of strengths and weaknesses. It's wonderful to see girls from different backgrounds come together and produce beautiful objects to take home and remind them of the important things that were discussed. The girls have had the opportunity to make gifts for family members, friends and themselves that they would not have been able to do without our program.

About my class
