The students are so engaged in our classroom even more so now that we are able to use flexible seating during our daily activities. The students come in asking to use the flexible seating options. Within the first 10 minutes of class, we see who is working diligently and earning an opportunity to use the bean bag chairs. In turn, students' work habits and behaviors have improved. \r\n\r\nWhen the boxes arrived in our classroom, the students were thrilled to see the new materials. Students placed the bean bag chairs to maximize their comfort while reading independently or while working in a small group. Students are thrilled to use the headsets we also received, as they love to hear audio versions of novels we are reading. \r\n\r\nStudents will be prepping for their upcoming state test in April.
