Through these donations we were able to support the needs of students that fall outside of the academic realm. \r\n\r\nThrough the generous donations we were able to provide snacks to students staying after school for academic help. Student hygiene stations were set up in the bathrooms for them to take what they need. Matching winter hats and gloves were provided to special education students headed to the annual area Winter Carnival. The most valuable piece of all was that through this project, high school students helped with organizing all of the donated items, they helped with distributing the snacks after school, and they were so excited to see that people that they don't even know are invested and interested in supporting them and seeing them be successful.\r\n\r\nThese donations provided more than just some needed items.
