Even though my school provides access to a sensory room, there are times when it is in use or I would rather keep students in the room. Having the calming corner has been the perfect way to keep students in the room and give them a short reset in order to be their best. The worry stones and sensory strips have been a wonderful addition to the calming corner. \r\n\r\nAdditionally, the other items have helped to contribute to the sensory needs in the classroom overall. Seeing their faces light up when I showed them the new materials at our disposal in the classroom thanks to your generosity was priceless!
