The different cultural foods and the clothing items we received has had such a positive impact on the students and their social emotional development. The children love dressing in the different uniforms and pretending to be doctors, chefs, construction workers, etc. The kids also love pretending to prepare the different cultural foods and serving them in their pretend restaurants. The kids love when they recognize foods that they eat in their own homes. The donations have transformed the way my students learn and experience the world around them.\r\n\r\nThe children's faces lit up when they saw the new items. They were excited and could not believe that they would be able to play with so many new, cool items.\r\n\r\nWe will be working in the dramatic play area all school year long, therefore these items will make such a significant impact on the way the kids learn and view the world.
