Because these models are oversized and easy to handle, my students can examine, feel, and copy the exact placement and manner needed for difficult sounds. This combination of visual and tactile feedback has been a game-changer, helping them bridge the gap between hearing a sound and physically producing it correctly.\r\n\r\nFor me as a therapist, these models have become an indispensable part of my professional toolbox. Having such a high-quality, durable resource at my fingertips allows me to pivot instantly when a student is struggling, providing them with that extra layer of sensory support right when they need it most. Your investment has not only made my therapy sessions more effective but has also given my students the confidence to master their speech with a newfound sense of clarity. Hearing the child's voice through the device is a gift that would not have been possible without your support.\r\n\r\nBeyond daily communication, this technology has completely transformed our therapy sessions and my ability to serve my students effectively. I now use the iPad to display clear, engaging picture stimuli for testing and target sound practice, which keeps student engagement at an all-time high. Our Library Letters are on the blue papers and greet our new students as they come to Library for the first time. Recently, I used a ream to print off the Nevada Reading Week T-Shirt order forms! Both the green and blue have been used for one set of poems we annotated. With those lessons, we also talked about how we are as life-long learners - which color was better for us? Why? When we used different writing utensils, which did we like with each color? What did not work? Why? I also used the two colors for printing off research pages from two different database sources that we annotated. The kids LOVED seeing them on the tables as they walked in.
