These resources will help revive the excitement of learning for my students. Having the resources available to help them learn is essential for them to catch up on learning lost during Covid. Our students are struggling with being behind grade-level and these resources will help me catch them up. I would love nothing more than having my students be excited to come to class and learn with all the fun new books they will be able to read. By providing my students with fun age appropriate books, you can help me discover the reader with in. My project will revolve around teaching them that reading books can help them travel to many different places through stories. I also feel it is important to have students feel comfortable while reading, and flexible seating will help them concentrate more on reading than trying to be comfortable. Seating is very important to my students, many students with special needs have a hard time staying still, and providing flexible seating like the stools, bounce ball chair, and book shelf seat will allow them to choose their most comfortable seating. I believe that if my students feel physically comfortable, academic comfort will follow. Flashcards are also an important part of learning for students. Both the math and sight words will give them on opportunity to learn reading and math facts quickly and accurately.
