I am the proud & excited Teacher-Librarian in a Turnaround, 100% FRL elementary in Las Vegas. We work hard on increasing our print, digital, speaking and social skills to become life long learners and leaders that are kind in order to make the world a better place. We educate almost 650 students from Pre-K to 5th, and this includes 4 half day PreK classes, 2 co-taught SPED, students in self-contained Autism and SEC/STAR Programs. We are full Title with 100% Free and Reduced Lunch. Our school has a transiency rate of aprox. 30%, which is above the district average, and an ELL population of almost 50%. Book Access is critical to our students. My snow leopards are eager and excited to learn!
