Our mission is to promote mental health awareness, understand self-care, and educate about mental health. Students meet twice a month to discuss activities, view presentations, and promote mental health awareness. Our latest activity, in which you funded, was to hand out candy and positive affirmations to students during finals week. This can be a tough and stressful week for students, so providing something as simple as candy with a positive note can brighten one's day. \r\n\r\nThe students developed all of the positive affirmation notes and assembled them with candy. We then handed out these notes and candy to students in the morning of finals week. We have attached some pictures of us assembling and handing out these notes. Student were excited to receive candy and expressed their gratitude for the kindness we were spreading.
