We have always struggled with having a big enough nursing bag to take with on field trips. We are noticing that school districts are needing more health services demands every single year. We are finding that more and more students have emergency medication that they need on hand wherever they go. Having this rolling case to take with on field trips while also keeping these things organized has been so nice. \r\n\r\nI also want to thank you for helping us with our self Treat station. Along with students having more health needs every single year we want to encourage our students to take ownership of their needs if they can. It has been so nice seeing students come in fill out a self Treat slip and use critical decision-making skills to make a decision on how to treat their need. Our fourth and fifth graders here can help themselves and practice writing the time their name what they did and using responsibility by turning that slip in. We are noticing that students are coming in lesson less for some of these things because they are handling it on their own, which was the goal with this project in the first place.
