Previously, students needed to carry out stapled, full letter-sized paper. This was not ideal in the cool spring temps here in Minnesota. \r\n\r\nThese new books helped students to identify maple trees to tap and make some delicious syrup. They then had a pancake contest to test out their latest batch of syrup. Much fun was had and the memories will last a life time.
