Having the materials my students need in order to fully engage with their education truly does elevate the classroom experience. It makes them feel respected and cared for. It also makes the flow of class seemless. With the poster paper we were able to make incredible projects where students researched an emerging nation state in the Medieval period and then communicated that threw the poster. We were then able to do a gallery walk of the posters with the sticky notes. This type of project really engages kids and keeps them engaged and learning \r\nSticky notes in general have been a great way for students to interact with the material and with each other. We use them in activities weekly in order to analyze maps, images, and each other's work. Recently we used them to compare maps from 1482 and 1507 to gain a better understanding about how people at the time viewed the world with the information available to them. When students are able to discuss and have a visual, the learning lasts much longer. \r\nThank you so much again for making all of this possible!
