Your generosity has had an immediate and meaningful impact on my students, and I am grateful every single day for the difference these tools are making. Because of your support, my students are more engaged, more confident, and more excited about learning than ever before.\r\n\r\nThe addition of the headphones has transformed the way students learn during independent and small-group time. Many of my students use digital reading programs, math fluency games, and individualized intervention platforms. Before we had headphones, it was challenging for them to hear instructions over the natural noise of the classroom. Students often grew frustrated or distracted, and some struggled to complete tasks that required focused listening.\r\n\r\nThe printer has also been a game changer. Having the ability to print materials on demand means my instruction can be more personalized than ever before. Instead of waiting for copies or relying on generic worksheets, I can now create leveled reading passages, individualized practice sheets, small-group materials, and visual supports exactly when students need them. This flexibility allows me to respond to academic needs in real time.\r\n\r\nThe laminator has quickly become one of the most beloved tools in our room. It allows us to create sturdy, reusable materials that students can use again and again. We've laminated math center cards, reading tools, behavior supports, schedules, anchor charts, and student work. My students are fascinated by the laminating process—they get so excited to see their work come out glossy and strong, ready to last all year.\r\n\r\nAltogether, the headphones, printer, and laminator have elevated the quality of instruction and created a more organized, engaging, and student-centered learning environment. These tools have made learning more accessible, interactive, and exciting.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your generosity—you have made a lasting impact on my students, and we are truly grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1756864417994,"projectUrl":"project/headphones-and-printer-needed/9666588/","projectTitle":"Headphones and Printer Needed!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Hilliard","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-10_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10233939"},{"teacherId":8277420,"projectId":9495311,"letterContent":"Thank you for supporting our \"Co-Teaching in Action: Tools to Reach Every Learner\" project. These kids are committed to achievement, and we as teachers, are committed to helping every single student. Let me explain how the materials you provided help us all to accomplish those goals.\r\n\r\nThe whiteboard clipboards and markers give us a chance to see student thinking so that we're able to address misunderstandings quickly. It's a lot easier to erase incorrect parts of a worked problem on a whiteboard than on paper, and it allows students to immediately respond to feedback. And I don't know if you know this but a black hole exists in every middle school classroom that sucks in dry erase markers only, so having 144 markers to replace the ones that now exist in another dimension is very much appreciated.\r\n\r\nAs our kids are moving to high school, we want them to build skills that will serve them well. That's where the notebooks come in. We have taught students to take Cornell Notes in lessons, which helps them organize key concepts, vocabulary, their questions, and methods of solving problems. Ensuring that all students have a notebook means that they have a resource to access their prior learning and have practical experience taking meaningful notes.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for being the bridge our kids need to get from middle school to high school!","fullyFundedDate":1755735916324,"projectUrl":"project/math-magic/9625944/","projectTitle":"Math Magic!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Cassermere","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp1581524_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1462124696049","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/jamie-cassermere"},{"teacherId":209699,"projectId":9353361,"letterContent":"Our school garden brought us a huge yield of tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs. The excitement in their eyes when they check on plant growth or monitor water levels shows how much this project has sparked curiosity and wonder.\r\n\r\nOur students are genuinely excited and curious about caring for our classroom garden and aquaponic system. They eagerly seek out roles as gardeners and scientists—checking water pH, measuring plant growth, and recording observations. They ask thoughtful questions about how the fish and plants depend on each other and make connections to the world around us.
