Even though we primarily sing in my classroom, the music books that you provided help add a special touch to my lessons. \r\n\r\nFor example, as students are learning about the names of rhythms and how to perform them, they get to hear a nice story called \"Rhythm Rescue\" which reinforces the new music vocabulary in a new way. \"The Note Who Faced the Music\" is another book that I've been able to use in order to reinforce musical terms such as half note and quarter note. \r\n\r\nThe books are used in a whole group lesson, so I am reading the books to the students. This activity also helps with their focus. \r\n\r\nMy pre-teen students enjoy the children's books that you have donated.
