During math and writing lessons, students are more willing to persevere through challenging tasks because the gentle movement helps them regulate their energy levels. The bikes have not only supported academic growth but have also contributed to improved classroom behavior. Students feel empowered because they have a tool that helps them succeed, and that sense of ownership has increased their confidence and motivation.\r\n\r\nBeyond academics, the under-the-desk bikes have also fostered a positive classroom culture. Students view the bikes as a privilege and treat them with care and responsibility. They encourage one another, take turns respectfully, and celebrate each other's successes. The bikes have become more than just equipment—they are symbols of opportunity and support. My students understand that generous donors believed in them enough to invest in their learning, and that knowledge inspires them every day.\r\n\r\nAs a teacher, it means so much to see students thriving because of resources made possible by caring individuals like you.
