The new resources have allowed us to utilize our online assignments and activities I a different light. Because all of my students were not fortunate enough to purchase headphones, the donations helped tremendously. For example, we use IXL for math and ELA, in order for them to be successful, they need to use headphones. The headphones help them to make better decisions while practicing their skills and taking assessments. When my students used the ten-frames, it was so very helpful. In the past, I only had 4 boards, with the donation, every student is able to have their own ten-frame to use. Having their own ten-frame to utilize, makes learning even easier!\r\n\r\nThe students were so excited when they saw the headphones and ten-frame boards. They all loved the fact that they had their own ten-frame to use during math. They now have a greater understanding of adding and subtracting within 10; and the headphones make activities and assignments easier. Our next steps, are just to continue to utilize the materials to their capacity. They were super excited about the play doh and the kinetic sand! They are learning how to read and put CVC words together using the learning game. They love to use that game!\r\n\r\nThe materials given for the teacher purpose allowed me to place the children's classwork in a organized way to showcase their work and keep it in a safe place. I am super excited about the shelving because I am able to prep my classwork for the week. \r\n\r\nThank you so much for donating to our classroom! The students will love to play and learn with! Your gratitude and willingness to give allows my scholars to be able to learn at the highest abilities.
