I am incredibly lucky to be able to work with some of the smartest, hard working, committed scholars! They come to school every day, and are met, face-to-face with the challenges their learning disabilities create; not being able to 'read' grade level text. This disability interferes with them being able to demonstrate just how smart and creative they are, because although the printed word is difficult to decipher, the content is not! I intend to help change their learning experience by finding tools and resources to help 'level the playing field' for them. I believe that the technology and programs available today, will help my scholars experience more successes, and allow them to truly shine and show their true gifts and talents.

About my class
