The students love when packages start arriving into the classroom and enjoyed working with the math manipulatives as soon as we opened them.\r\n\r\nStudents with special needs tend to learn better when concrete math manipulatives are used to introduce math concepts. Math manipulatives allow students to develop number sense before introducing abstract equations.
