Your generosity has allowed our students to get into the kitchen, get their hands dirty, and experience the excitement of creating food from scratch.\r\n\r\nBecause of your donations, our students have been able to prepare a variety of delicious recipes while developing important life skills. Some of our favorite cooking experiences have included making homemade biscuits and gravy, homemade macaroni and cheese, and a variety of different cookies.\r\n\r\nMaking homemade biscuits and gravy was a particularly exciting experience for our students. They learned how individual ingredients come together to create a meal and practiced important skills such as measuring, mixing, kneading, cooking, and working safely in the kitchen.\r\n\r\nOur homemade macaroni and cheese gave students another opportunity to learn that cooking from scratch can be both fun and rewarding. Students worked together to prepare the ingredients, follow the recipe, and create a dish they could proudly enjoy together.\r\n\r\nAnd, of course, the cookies have been a favorite! Students have experimented with different cookie recipes while practicing measuring ingredients, following directions, using kitchen equipment safely, and learning how small changes in a recipe can affect the final product.\r\n\r\nYour donation has helped us make a place where students can create, experiment, problem-solve, and make memories together. Every recipe we make is another opportunity for a student to learn something new.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in the students of Mason Creek Middle School and for helping make these experiences possible. We are incredibly grateful for your generosity and for the opportunity to show our students that they can create something wonderful with a little knowledge, teamwork, and the right ingredients.","fullyFundedDate":1772579166793,"projectUrl":"project/ms-romans-cooking-club/9878817/","projectTitle":"Ms. Roman's Cooking Club","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Roman","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10343201"},{"teacherId":6399969,"projectId":9888220,"letterContent":"On behalf of our students and staff, I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your generous donation to our ESOL classroom dictionary library.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, our English learners now have greater access to essential language resources that help them build vocabulary, strengthen comprehension, and gain confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
