Your kindness and generosity was greatly appreciated!!!\r\n\r\nThroughout the school year, we frequently discuss what \"community\" means and the roles and responsibilities we each have as members in our different communities. It is so important for children to know and understand that there are many people who care about them...both seen and unseen. I explained the concept of Donors Choose and when I informed the class that our project was fully funded, they were ecstatic! They were surprised and genuinely grateful that people they have never met before, cared so much about them. They became more and more excited as we watched our tower of packages grow. Thank you for being part of our community!\r\n\r\nWe have added the books to our classroom library and the students love sitting in the cozy chairs while they read. They especially enjoy using the math and phonics games/manipulatives during our center time. Your thoughtful support directly addresses several key needs within our classroom, making a tangible difference in our daily operations and overall atmosphere.\r\n\r\nThe addition of these resources will streamline our classroom's organizational systems, allowing for a more efficient and productive learning space. The mailboxes, in particular, will help foster a sense of responsibility and order among students, while the rug will provide a much-needed comfortable and engaging area for group activities and quiet reading. These improvements are not just about aesthetics; they are about fostering a more conducive and supportive educational experience for every child.\r\n\r\nThank you once again for your commitment to enriching our students' educational journey. We use dry erase boards, markers and erasers a lot! So to have enough that I don't have to worry about running out allows me to use more of my energy in learning.
